If you’re ready to make the most of your talent and training, Rushton Stakely is ready to make you one of our team. What will you find here?  In a word, opportunities. Opportunities to practice law with colleagues who’ve tried hundreds of high-profile cases in courts across America. Opportunities to hone legal skills while discovering new fields of practice where you’ll shine. Our young lawyers are given cases to handle as well as significant responsibilities in cases managed by colleagues. They prepare and try cases across the state, close transactions, and advise clients on tax and business law. Above all, our lawyers have opportunities to make a difference while pursuing a truly rewarding career.

At Rushton Stakely, you won’t be relegated to a law library. In addition to a busy legal practice, you’ll be working in the heart of a thriving downtown entertainment district. Our offices are a baseball’s throw away from Riverwalk Stadium and numerous restaurants and watering holes along The Alley; the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center with the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre, just across the street; and Riverwalk Amphitheater, home to concerts and events throughout the year.Learn more about Montgomery.
